Refund policy
AROOM VENDING offers a straightforward warranty that is processed in the most efficient and convenient manner. This policy should be regarded as a standard service policy that covers products sold only through online stores (aroomvending.com, Amazon, AliExpress, etc.) or authorized distributors.

Warranty protections are in addition to local consumer laws and may vary among countries.
Warranty Period Calculation
- The warranty commencement date is the same as the purchase date on a digital or physical receipt.
- In the event the customer loses the invoice or the warranty certificate, the warranty will begin three months after the production date. This is printed or engraved at the bottom of the machine.
- After the customer provides invoices and relevant warranty certificates and replaces or repairs the product, the warranty period is for three months from the date of completion of the repair or replacement or for the remainder of the original product’s warranty period, whichever is longer. Replaced items can only have one replacement item.

As long as the product is still covered under warranty, you can contact our customer service, present the proof of purchase and the order number, and we will provide you with the following information:
- There is a 30-day warranty on your product, which allows you to replace the product with a new one at no charge if there is a quality issue (you can also choose to repair the original machine if there is a problem).
- If your product is under warranty for more than 30 days to one year, we will only provide repair services for your product.
Upon expiration of the warranty period (more than a year), you are welcome to spend the appropriate amount of money on a new or used device (nearly new or acceptable) instead. Please contact our customer service department for more information.
Not Covered Under Warranty
As long as the product is still covered under warranty, you can contact our customer service, present the proof of purchase and the order number, and we will provide you with the following information:

10-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Within 10 days of the date the item was delivered to the designated shipping address, undamaged products may be returned for a full refund for any reason.
- All accessories must be included in the return.
- Original packaging must be included with all returns.
- Buyers are responsible for shipping costs associated with non-quality-related warranty claims.
- AROOM will refund the product cost for warranty claims not related to quality.
- If the product does not meet the above requirements, it may be rejected for return.
For items that have expired within this 10-day period, refund requests for non-quality issues cannot be processed. For purchases made directly through online stores (air-robo.com, Amazon, AliExpress, etc.), please contact the retailer for a refund. Please refer to the following for quality-related issues.
Warranty Claims for Quality-Related Issues
AROOM’s authorized distributors and online stores offer extensive warranties covering all quality-related defects on items sold directly by them.
AROOM’s warranty applies only to the region or country in which the purchase was made. A limited warranty is void if the item is taken outside the country in which it was originally purchased or if it is shipped directly from an authorized online retailer. All replacement items are covered by the same warranty period as the original defective item, or for 3 months following the replacement. The longer one is subject to change.
After a product has been fully refunded, its warranty will no longer be valid.
Unshipped products: Return & Refund Process

By placing an order or making a purchase at an AROOM Store, you agree to the terms set forth below. In addition, you agree to AROOM’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. Our goal at AROOM is to ensure that you are delighted with your first purchase. However, if you need to return an item, we will be happy to assist you.
The following return & refund policy is available to international customers who have purchased from an Amazon store, AliExpress, aroomvending.com, or our retail store. In this policy, we refer to these entities as AROOM VENDING.
Standard Refund
If you would like to request a return or refund, please email the AROOM VENDING support team at info@aroomvending.com.
As soon as we review your order, we will begin the refund or exchange process for products that have not been shipped or are in transit. Your request would take 14–28 days to complete, depending on your payment method and region.
If the product has not been damaged and you have used it within 30 days of receiving it, please return it with your purchase details. Refunds will be made based on the condition of the item (100% at most). It may take up to 45 days for your refund to be processed in this scenario.
In order to receive a full refund, the product must be in an unopened box with the original receipt.
Noted
- Orders purchased from authorized resellers are not eligible for online refunds. You must go to the authorized retailer to obtain a refund or exchange.
- It is only possible to return products to the country or region in which they were originally purchased.
- There is only one location where you can obtain a bulk refund, regardless of where you placed the order.
